• 2 cups cannabis-infused whipping cream (see our How to Make Cannabis Infused Whipping Cream for instructions)
• 1 can (about 400g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 2 mixing bowls
• Electric mixer or whisk
• Spatula
• Airtight container for freezing

In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

In a separate chilled bowl, whip the infused cream using an electric mixer until firm peaks form. This gives your ice cream the airy texture it needs.

Gently fold about half of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula. Then fold this combined mixture back into the remaining whipped cream, blending until evenly mixed but still light and fluffy.
