TERPENE
Terpineol is the soft lilac-and-pine terpene often hiding behind pinene. Alpha-terpineol brings a gentle floral, lilac aroma with pine and clove hints, and is one of the terpenes most associated with relaxation. It frequently co-occurs with pinene, which can mask it.
Aroma and character
Terpineol is floral and soft, lilac and apple blossom with pine and a faint clove warmth. It is smooth and rounded.
What research suggests
