Calculateur de puissance d'huile & de teinture au THC (mg par ml et par goutte)

To find the strength of a cannabis oil or tincture: multiply the grams of flower by its THC percentage by 10 to get the total milligrams of THC, multiply by your extraction efficiency (about 60 to 70%), then divide by the millilitres of oil. Example: 7 g of 20% flower at 65% efficiency in 60 ml of oil is about 15 mg of THC per ml. Use the calculator below to do it instantly.

How the THC oil calculator works

The maths behind the tool is simple, and worth understanding so you can sanity-check the result:

  • Total THC in the flower: grams of flower multiplied by the THC percentage, multiplied by 10. One gram of 20% flower holds about 200 mg of THC.
  • Adjust for efficiency: not all of that THC makes it into the oil. Home infusions typically transfer around 60 to 70%, so multiply by your efficiency.
  • Per millilitre: divide the usable THC by the volume of oil in millilitres.
  • Per drop: a millilitre is roughly 20 dropper drops, so divide the per-ml figure by 20.

Why this is different from an edibles calculator

An edibles calculator divides a batch across a number of servings, like gummies or cookies. An oil or tincture is dosed by volume instead, so the useful numbers are milligrams per millilitre and per drop. That lets you take a precise amount under the tongue or in a drink without cutting anything into pieces.

Frequently asked questions

How do you calculate the mg of THC in an oil or tincture?

Multiply grams of flower by its THC percentage by 10 for the total milligrams, multiply by your extraction efficiency (about 60 to 70%), then divide by the millilitres of oil to get mg per ml.

How many drops are in a millilitre?

Roughly 20 drops from a standard dropper make one millilitre, so divide the mg-per-ml figure by 20 to estimate the dose per drop.

What extraction efficiency should I use?

For a gentle, well-run home infusion, 60 to 70% is a realistic assumption. Use a lower number if your method is quick or low-temperature, and remember these are estimates, not lab figures.

Why is my homemade tincture weaker than the calculator says?

The calculator shows a theoretical maximum. Incomplete decarboxylation, short infusion times, low temperatures and material left behind all reduce the real strength, which is why the efficiency setting matters.
