STRAIN
Bubba Kush is the reference indica for heavy, sedating relaxation. It has an unusual coffee and cocoa aroma rather than the citrus or diesel notes common elsewhere on this list, and it is squarely an evening strain.
Background and lineage
Bubba Kush’s lineage is not settled. The usual account has an OG Kush relative crossed in the 1990s with an unnamed indica known only as ‘Bubba’, and Northern Lights is sometimes named as that parent. Nobody has documented it properly, so any confident pedigree you are shown is a reconstruction rather than a record.
Aroma and terpenes
The signature is coffee, cocoa and sweet earth with a peppery finish. Profiles are commonly caryophyllene-forward with limonene, myrcene y humulene.
Efectos descritos
Users commonly report a fast, heavy body effect with strong sedation and little mental activity, which is why it appears so often in evening and sleep contexts. It is a poor choice for anything that needs concentration.

Nota
Strain data varies by grower, phenotype and batch. Treat lineage, terpenes and THC ranges as typical, not guaranteed, and read the lab report where you can.
Making something with it
Whatever the label says, what reaches you is a batch of flower with its own chemistry. If you are turning it into oil or butter, decarboxylate it first and weigh both the material and the fat, because that is the only way the calculadora de potencia can give you a dose per millilitre. Our Prepárelo section covers the method, and the NOIDS Herb Lab is the kit we use for it.
